LendingMetrics is one of the UK’s leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas. Whilst this is a primarily UK based role, for the right candidate this could include some exciting opportunities to be involved with our expansion.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative who will primarily focus on generating client appointments for the sales team and expanding our current client base. With a huge opportunity to grow and take on new responsibilities, we are looking for a candidate who is ambitious, is driven to succeed and wants to be rewarded for their hard work.
Key Responsibilities
· KPI Delivery
· Pipeline Building – and categorization – for future opportunities
· Market intelligence and feeding back areas of development
· Reporting – to report back their performance stats weekly and monthly
· To be organised and ready with a plan for each call “preparation”
· Follow up on leads in the timescales agreed
· Daily tasks – dialling and updating PipeDrive
· Identify opportunities for improvements and embrace the ISO standards.
· Maintain and encourage a positive, collaborative and proactive company culture.
· Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by your line manager or the Directors
· Articulating our products to Csuite level leaders over the phone
· Identifying sales opportunities and arranging meetings for BDMs
· Targeting sales opportunities via prospecting on LinkedIn
Key Skills, Competencies & Experience
· A strong telemarketing/sales background with a proven track record in delivering results
· Professional manner
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to manage their time effectively
· Focused and target driven
· Proven track record in KPI delivery
· Ability to work with others and able to use own initiative
· Confident with talking to high level decision makers
· Very persistent whilst remaining polite
· Qualification from the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) (ideal but not essential)
Any other industry recognised qualification would also be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
