About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in London. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to help drive growth and revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, email and call campaigns
- Nurture leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Accurately maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to better understand customer needs
Requirements:
- Entry Level with a passion to get into B2B sales or business development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
