Sales Development Representatives (REMOTE)

The Role:
The main responsibility of the SDR is to connect technology companies with their target customers, by setting appointments to uncover new opportunities for B2B sales.
This is a front-end business development role where you are tasked with contacting leads and determining if they meet the criteria to become a customer.
You will need to gain an understanding of prospect’s needs and pain points to communicate the value of using our client’s software or services,
The Ideal Candidate:
- Eligible to work in the UK due to the independent/self-employed nature of the work
- Minimum of 6 months prior B2B experience – sales, customer service or call center
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your career
- Have the autonomy to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload to achieve deliverables
- Tech savvy to understand customers products and navigate CRM
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence across all levels of an organisation
- Confident, and motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, completing tasks and documenting them thoroughly in CRM
- Must have own computer, wired headset and reliable WIFI
- Bilingual French/English
What You Get:
- Competitive Salary – £*95 per day/£25K per annum*
- Plus uncapped performance based commission
- Flexibility to work remotely weekdays between the hours of 1:30pm and 10:30pm GMT / 8:30-5:30pm EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
