Job Summary:
Growing real estate tech company with proprietary disruptive technology that is poised to change the real estate industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by assisting new and existing customers, educating prospects, and establishing initial relationships with homeowners who are actively trying to sell their homes themselves via technology websites.
This role can be done entirely remotely and is a 1099 position. Or if preferred, can be in-office or hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective and current customers via various channels, including phone calls, emails, SMS, and social media platforms.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand potential customers’ needs and assess their eligibility for our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Educate potential customers about our company’s services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Leads are provided
- Complete all tasks, calls, texts, and emails out of our robust web based CRM
- Flexible schedule
- Work from home or office, or both
- Training provided
- Average 100+ dials per day and expect to assist 4 to 6 customers daily
- Identify the needs of prospective customers and demonstrate the value proposition of having additional website exposure to ensure a quick sale of the customer's home
- Strive to successfully complete a one-call close
- Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
- Persuasively educating consumers on the benefits of exposing their home for sale to the buyers that are on our website
- Remain open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship from managers and leaders
- Work effectively as a team player, contributing to a positive environment
- This a remote production-based role (1099) with room to move up the ladder into a sales role quickly.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone and through written communication.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to influence decision-making processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- At least 2 years of commission-based sales experience
- At least 2 years of negotiation experience
- At least 2 years of call center experience
- Analyzing a problem and taking effective action
- Ability to execute active listening and rapport-building skills
- Goal-oriented—you set high standards for yourself and work to achieve them
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strive for continuous improvement to consistently exceed personal sales metrics
- Basic real estate sales knowledge professionally or personally is a plus

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and commission. Salary is to be determined based on experience.
