Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Sales Development Representative to play a key role in our sales and revenue team. This role is perfect for someone eager to challenge themselves in a growing, vibrant, and exciting industry with a product that is proving hugely popular with our target market.
Your focus will be introducing the EvaluAgent brand and services to prospective new customers and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of a business, so you need great communication skills and the confidence to positively engage with people at all levels.
To assist your success, you will also be trained in advanced digital prospecting techniques and be fully supported by well-funded demand generation engine who will pre-warm contacts to make your life easier.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities to ensure high quality leads are moving through the sales engine.

Day to day you will:
- Self-Generate new business contacts and leads by ultising multiple channels including voice, video, LinkedIn, events, and networking events.
- Qualify and extract value in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to secure demos and discovery calls.
- Learn and deploy leading digital lead generation tools supported by clever automation.
- Manage the administrative duties of capturing and updating contact, company, and deal information with our CRM system.
- Display a personable, curious, and emotionally intelligent demeanour when engaging with prospects.
- Qualify prospects' budgetary information, decision making processes, specific solution needs, and timelines for projects.
- Obtain clear and concise information to our sales team, ensuring leads are followed up promptly.
- Actively provide feedback and analysis of lead quality to our Marketing Team
- Maintain a high-level knowledge of EvaluAgent’s products and service
To succeed its likely, you'll have
- 3 years minimum experience in a business development role with B2B experience
- Knowledge of SaaS Tech market (direct experience desirable)
- Contact centre/outsourced sales experience.
- Knowledge of IT, Business Software and CRM
- A desire to exceed expectations, hunter mentality, career progression focused.
- Experience of working with MQLs and converting to qualified meetings
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
- An excellent telephone manner, attention to detail and accuracy and an excellent ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
