Are you passionate about a career in sales at a fast-growing disruptive tech start-up?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you’ll be on the front line, reaching out to potential clients, and playing a critical role in driving the growth of eola.
Eola is an early-stage technology company, we are an operating system that works with activity and experience businesses (for example, adventure and outward-bound centres, and watersports). Having just secured our last round of funding we are now investing in growing the commercial arm of the business.
Day to day, you’ll be prospecting, raising awareness around eola and qualifying new opportunities with senior decision-makers.
Reporting to the CCO, you will work alongside our sales and partner success team, to identify and approach new customers, share insights, and new ideas and work as a team to drive success.
The role will teach you the foundations of sales and is a springboard to develop your career in technology sales.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the commercial team by engaging with prospects by phone, email and social media
- We encourage creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets.
- Identifying the key decision makers and determining how we can solve their challenges.
- Understanding and delivering our value proposition for a wide range of industries, personas, and pain points.
- Converting outbound and inbound leads into qualified meetings for the commercial team.
- Managing data in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.
- Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to eola’s growth.
We’d Love to Meet Someone With
- Some experience in a sales, hospitality or recruitment role is preferred
- A desire in working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience using a CRM software is preferred but not essential
- Tenacity and determination, someone who wants to prove themselves.
- Excellent, communication & listening skills
- The ability to organise & prioritise your workload independently.
- A self-driven person who also works well as part of a team
- A positive and energetic approach
- An interest in Watersports, Adventure Outdoor activities is not essential but would be useful

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
