About the role


Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus (DOE)


Your responsibilities


As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.


  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify new sales leads
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and events to ensure a high-quality pipeline
  • Schedule appointments and demos with potential customers for the sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
  • Utilise sales technology tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to manage prospecting activities and track progress
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve sales effectiveness
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales development quotas


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's product
  • Strong phone and email communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Experience using sales technology tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to manage sales pipelines and track progress would be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies
