Overall purpose:
Would you like to work for a well-known prestigious brand, based at our Flagship store in Regent Street, London? Do you have experience in retail sales of high-end brands? Then we would love to hear from you.
Our flagship store in London is currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant, reporting to the London Store Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers who visit our London store.
- Generating sales leads and following them through the sales cycle, both for customers vising the store in-person, as well as customers purchasing remotely from the store virtually or via direct telephone referrals.
- Visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
- Participating in store events, including product launches and external customer events hosted at our store.
Ideally the successful candidate must have:
- Previous retail experience, ideally in the selling of high-end brands.
- A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service (face to face, via the telephone and virtually).
- The ability to build rapport with customers and other Smeg team members.
- Good level of MS Office skills.
- Good communication skills (verbally and written).
- Reliable and dedicated.
This is a full-time permanent role, working a shift pattern to cover the opening hours of our London store which is Monday to Sunday.
