We are searching for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our talented sales team and help us reach out to potential customers.
The Sales Development Representative will help us build a sales pipeline and create e-mail campaigns and generate leads. You will schedule customer meetings, provide excellent customer service and effectively manage stakeholders.
Type: 12 Fixed Term employment contract
Location: Leeds / London
Hybrid: Yes, some hybrid working model can be offered
The role:
- Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
- Prospect and BUILD a Sales Pipeline via Outbound Calling and E-Mail Campaigns.
- Qualify all sales Leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive Leads through the sales process by initiating Conference Calls and Face-to-Face appointments with Field Sales Team.
- Significantly enhance database by researching new suspects, refer databases available online, read industry trade and other tech publications.
- Gather sales intelligence around prospect’ situation, needs and decision process
- Using efficient and structured processes to timely follow up leads coming from trade shows, events, campaigns and other activities/sources.
- Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
- Work with the marketing lead and ensure that the event-based leads are tracked to closure
What you will need:
- Ability to generate and qualify leads
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Ability in creating e-mail campaigns
- Expertise with LinkedIn
- Proven experience building strong sales pipeline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong stakeholder management skill
