The role of Sales & Customer Service Advisor at Hendy Lexus in Poole sets out to do just that – to deliver an exceptional customer experience and streamline their journey with us, providing in-depth expertise at all touchpoints throughout both Sales and Aftersales.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will play a key role in both optimising product sales and delivering service excellence to maximise both business opportunity and customer retention. Whether a customer is looking to buy a new or used vehicle, or have their existing vehicle serviced at our first class facility, you will be their key point of contact to exceed all needs and expectations and ensure their Hendy experience is second to none.
This is an extremely varied role, in what will be a pressurised environment. Whether dealing with a digital lead, phone enquiry or a walk-in visit to the Centre, you’ll be their conduit to guide our customers seamlessly along their journey, from arranging test drive and presenting the customer with their purchase options, through to Service bookings, whilst taking into consideration the complexity of the work and the availability of parts, arranging a loan car if required and keeping customers informed of progress, from date of delivery of their new vehicle to handover after service or repair.

About You:
To be considered for this opportunity, whilst it is not essential to have automotive industry experience, you must have a passion for service excellence and an ability to continuously delight customers and deliver an exceptional experience. Previous experience in customer service and sales would be highly advantageous. It is important that your communication skills are excellent, with the ability to confidently articulate and interact with customers in all situations.
In addition, your organisation skills and ability to adapt are equally important, with an innate ability to pay meticulous attention to detail at all times. Taking into account the nature of the role, you will need to strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems with speed and confidence.
