Sales/Customer Executive
Position is based in Sutton, Surrey. Required for five days a week and one in three Saturday, must be available for these days on site. Salary is 27k – 28k per annum (Saturdays extra). Would appreciate some form of flexibility at certain periods with hours, as may need to stay open later on busy days.
Details:
- Selling Campervans
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Manage added options with manager and fitter
- Ensure all vans have full instruction manuals and how to booklet
- Arrange new conversion sheets to be signed and filled in on collection from converter
- Handle enquires generated from internet, telephone and walk- ins
- Communicating and maintaining customer and supplier relationships
- Maintain and update website
- Manage email inbox with team
- Assist and participate in preparation of promotional activities for campervans
- Order office stationery
- Liaise with customers and converters regarding warranty
- Call customers for review /send google link
- Chase suppliers for information on vehicles and arrange collection
- Send invoices to customers
- Updating Social Media content, including taking photos, adding content
- Make sure paper work is ready for collections, including v5 in customer’s name
- Hand over vehicle
- Running reports on fleet system
- Adding vehicles to insurance and make sure we have up to day certificates
- Fleet administration
- Other duties as and when they arise
- Flexibility around hours during busy times
The Person:
We are looking for somebody who has the ability and experience to execute this role effectively, would need strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy communicating with customers and suppliers. Must have the ability to multi task and prioritise workload. Self-motivated and able to act on own initiative is key but still be able to take instructions and deal with them as asked. We are a small and friendly team who work well together, we need an individual that will fit in well and enjoy working with us.
You will need to have experience in:
- Strong proven experience in a customer facing role/administration
- Be able to build trust with customers
- Word, excel, database systems, internet
- Being a strong team player, ready to support colleagues and customers
- Forward thinking
- Making the customer feel at ease with exceptional customer service
Hours 9 – 5, Monday – Friday
9.30 – 1.30, Saturday
