Job description
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team based in Haverthwaite near Newby Bridge.
This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The salary is dependant on experience, however those without experience would also be considered. Salary range is dependant on experience ranging from from £19,913 to £25,724.
Part time Applicants would also be considered
The role:
You will be following up website enquires and be the first point of contact for customer calls and email enquiries
What do we expect from you?
You should be able to demonstrate to us that you have a strong feel for our products we sell and a passionate desire to communicate their benefits to our customers.
You should be self-motivated and organised, having the ability to work in a demanding environment to enable you to work within tight deadlines to allow us to be flexible to meet the needs of our clients in a fast paced, continually changing environment.
You should be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service, organisational, planning and inter-personal skills.
Our ideal candidate should be competent in Microsoft packages and have good numeric skills.

- You will provide effective, timely and accurate support to your appointed team to achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Maintaining CRM, ensuring customer information is recorded timely, clearly and concisely.
- Working as part of a Team
- Generation of precise and timely sales quotations.
