About the role: Due to ongoing growth in our Sales Department and Spooling & Inspection Division, we have a new requirement for a Sales Coordinator to come and join us within the Sales function, supporting the Spooling & Inspection Division. This role will be employed on a hybrid basis and can be based out of either of our Kintore or Boyndie sites in Aberdeenshire. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the Sales Coordinator will coordinate and administer sales enquiries and the internal Sales system, ensuring that the system is up to date and aligned for management to reference. Deal with telephone calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner thereby contributing to the efficient and effective coordination and processing of Sales Enquiries and Order Confirmations. The Sales Coordinator role will also be asked to mentor the Sales Administration Team. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Sales Team, coordinating enquiries as necessary. Organise and coordinate the registration of new enquiries on Salesforce. Coordinate opportunities logged on Salesforce within the Motive Offshore Group and fulfil a Salesforce Administrator role, including updating the system regularly. Maintain Salesforce in relation to opportunity records and follow up sales activities and sales contacts. Assist opportunity owners in obtaining and recording on Salesforce customer service and satisfaction results. Have particular responsibility for an assigned MOG Division as allocated by the Sales Department. Assist with Sales Coordinator tasks involving other MOG Divisions as required. Provide sales support to Motive Offshore personnel based overseas as required. Deputise for the Sales Administration Manager as required. Assist in the preparation and processing of contract reviews and associated documentation. Assist in the completion of vendor approval documentation. Attend exhibitions and sales events as required. Monitor the group info@ mailbox and allocate/forward as required. Liaise and correspond with key stakeholders e.g. clients, suppliers and other Departments in a professional manner; developing and maintaining good working relationships. Undertake training and CPD as required. Comply with and promote health, safety, quality and environmental regulations and policies, and the Company’s management system.
