We have an exciting opportunity in a brand-new role as a Part Time Luxury Sales Consultant- Virtual (flexible contract) at our virtual store based in Milton Keynes.
In today’s social media world of texts, chats, posts, and tweets, customers increasingly want to shop virtually and interact with stores in the same way they connect with their family and friends. Social commerce has been growing in recent years but is now really starting to become a new way for customers to shop.
Radley has its own Virtual Store and we are looking for a unique skill set.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and marketing, have an understanding and interest in social selling via WhatsApp for Business and Livestreaming. They will also need to have selling and service experience gained in a retail or telesales environment.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
· Offering customers, a positive and enthusiastic service virtually.
· Always prioritising customer’s needs.
· Offering great brand and product knowledge.
· Taking an active interest in learning about our products to enhance the virtual experience for the customer.
· Adopting the Radley approach to selling.
· Processing associated admin efficiently to maintain good operations.
· Helping to build a customer base that returns to the virtual store time after time.
· Support the virtual business development manager in all aspect of running the virtual store.
· Engage in social selling methods – e.g. livestreaming, Whatsapp for Business chat, video guides
· Able to work flexible hours 5 days out of 7 to include some weekend working. The Store will trade 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend opening.
Candidates may already be working in a virtual store, have experience in a retail store or telesales environment. In return Radley offers great rates of pay along with all the benefits you would expect from a multinational retailer.
