The Cabinet Office sits at the heart of Birmingham City Council, providing ‘best in class’ strategic and policy support to Cabinet Members and working with key strategic partners to achieve the best outcomes for the citizens of Birmingham. Part of the brand-new Strategic Partnerships, External Affairs and Corporate Leadership division, we maintain an outward-looking focus, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate new policy and raise the reputation of the Council.
