We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as TR Sales Consultantin London Heathrow.

You will be responsible for delivering exciting and unique customer journey for travelling passengers in an airport environment and converting them to life-long customers. In order to maximize sales opportunities you will be confident in making connections with passengers, passionate about demonstrating the products and determined to win loyalty of repeat business from frequent flyers.

Position: Sales Consultant – Full Time

Location: London Heathrow

Hours per Week: 37.5 Hrs

Salary: £24,277.50

The Sales Consultant role:

  • A Sales Consultant for Molton Brown is the face of our brand, expertly engaging customers and enticing them to come onto the counter to discover our luxurious product lines.
  • Providing highest standard of customer service and presentation and creating unforgettable trading theatre with key focus lines.
  • Thorough and precise implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines as per planograms while employing a creative element to displays.
  • Energetic tenacity and focus in achieving KPIs.
  • Adept commercial acumen in tracking sales vs. budget performance and ability to work and analyze data such as PAX, competitor activity and trends.
  • Desire to constantly up skill oneself and drive personal development.
  • Occasional work in other terminals within the airport as and when the business requires.
  • Pedantic approach to cleanliness and implementing highest levels of standards to the look and feel of the counter.
  • Urgency and efficiency of analyzing stock levels, making adjustments to MDQs and using planograms.
  • Ability to confidently and proactively build effective relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the airport.
  • Leading by example when working with agency partners by setting high standards and supporting with training and coaching.
  • Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas with a clear implementation plan.

The Perfect Sales Consultant Candidate:

  • Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is advantageous
  • Luxury retail experience is desirable
  • Travel Retail / Airport experience is desirable
  • Airport is a 24 Hour operation environment, ability to start early in the morning or finish late at night and an occasional overnight stock take is essential.
  • High level of personal grooming standards
  • An excellent communicator
