Sales Consultant Fresh Produce - Home/Field Based - South Wales

Key Accountabilities
- Delivering profitable sales growth and penetration across the fresh produce category
- Ability to identify the needs of customers and prospects to assemble a product mix that delivers solutions and helps achieve both customer and business objectives
- Utilize data analytics to prioritize produce opportunities
- Work closing with the ASM & BDM’s teams to proactively seek/on board new customers
- Actively monitor the market conditions including competitors’ products, prices and sales to share with customers as part of a value-added service provided
- Working closing with depot quality control to ensure great customer experience and provide feedback on any product quality issues
High commercial, you’ll have previous sales experience, driving growth and results. It goes without saying that you put the customer at the heart of everything you do. Providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business whilst developing and maintaining relationships with the customer. You will be able to spot new trends and have high product knowledge to ensure our customers are receiving the highest of service. Being tenacious and resilient you’re a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed and demonstrable experience of delivering against targets and KPI’s. You’ll also need to be confident with working within the food/fresh produce industry.
Ensuring you are proactive and self-driven with the with the ability to demonstrate and deliver high sales whilst working against deadlines and produce high-quality results.
In return we offer a base salary of up to £39k pa (DOE) along with quarterly bonus, a home/field- based contract, company car, additional holiday purchase options to top up your annual leave and award- winning products at virtually cost price.
