Sales Consultant:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our enthusiastic team based in West London. Our company specialises in domestic & multi residential unit schemes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to becoming a part of a hardworking, forwarding thinking, energetic, ambitious, and growing business.
The successful candidate will be a confident, problem solver with a keen interest in all aspects of project delivery. Must have an inquisitive nature and be able to remain adaptable to work through problems to achieve targets. In addition to that, he/she must be able to confidently engage and negotiate with internal teams as well as external businesses and clients. Must be willing to seek out new challenges and strive to develop, represent the company in a professional manner to gain the confidence and trust of the client to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellence in client liaison and service, maintaining and developing a professional relationship at peer/sponsor level within the client organisation.
- Provide appropriate skills and support for business development – sourcing and developing new business opportunities and working as a part of larger bid activities.
- Able to manage own workload and work independently.
- General business reporting and making reports.
- Sending out detailed construction feasibility reports
- Should be able to read architectural plans.
- After sales dealing with clients
- Minimum construction contract values of £50k to £1,000,000 upwards
- Passing over detailed contracts to project managers and assisting with any queries during the life cycle of the project.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and able to gain clients confidence through knowledge, competence, and gravitas
- Have in depth knowledge of construction reading plans.
- Managing clients
- Previous experience of working with or within large complex organisations in a property / workplace team; experience of working with other management
- Programme / Project Management experience in a property/ workplace environment with a demonstrable track record in delivering projects with multiple workstreams (i.e., Construction) for occupiers
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good team player skills
- Good presentation skills including use of appropriate presentation software
- Good construction background knowledge is a must
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of residential construction sales is a requirement (you will not be considered without this)

Basic salary of £30 - £40k - Estimated min commission of £84k
