Everything we do is face to face, we directly go and speak to customers in person with passion and enthusiasm.

The roles are no experience needed due to our high level coaching and time within the industry. Whether you are wanting to continue a career within the sales sector or you simply feel it is a time for a change; our main aim is to build on the skills which you bring with you, whilst helping you unlock completely new ones. From fine tuning your communication, mastering the art of persuasion, diving into some basic leadership coaching, to enhancing your self-confidence.

Everything we coach can be applied to pretty much anywhere in any industry. We constantly encourage personal development and have a committed coaching and mentoring programme for every single sales consultant to take full advantage of, no matter what experience level you are at.

Although we take what we do seriously, expect friendly faces, lots of smiles, a positive atmosphere and a few air high fives throughout your visit.

Day to day involves:

  • Handling clients KPI's
  • Introduce/advertise and sell through direct face to face conversations
  • We speak directly to potential customers about amazing products and services that we are passionate about. This can be through events, in their businesses or directly in their homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £450.00 per week

  • 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nelson: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 09/01/2023
