Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional customer journey, from the initial enquiry through to completion of a sale and act within the agreed processes. By forming effective relationships, the prospective owner/tenant will have a capable single point of contact throughout their journey delivering the highest quality of service, product knowledge and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and direct sales and rental activities for the development. This involves, but not limited to:
- Effective lead management being the first point of contact for all sales/rental calls.
- Efficiently use and maintain the CRM system to an excellent standard, to thoroughly qualify and register prospect ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
- Keeping on top of CRM tasks and re-trawls where necessary
- Responding promptly to all telephone calls/emails/in person enquiries from all referral sources.
- Maintain and manage accurate and up to date file notes for all properties/enquiries
- Regular and accurate customer liaison delivering milestone updates/recommendations/solutions
- Proactively supporting pre-launch events, open days, and marketing events
- Actively promote the development/ lifestyle/community/properties skilfully negotiating offers
- Agreeing sales and taking the buyer through the journey with regular contact and introduction to community staff and other owners
- To ensure a smooth completion and handover, including the preparation of the unit/completion gift preparation/customer arrival/key handover and actual move in, always being mindful of Customer experience
- Handover of key resident requirements to the community (Village Manager and team) in terms of onsite community facilities and amenities.
- Networking with the community and local groups to build relationships and increase awareness of our developments facilities and amenities through participation in outside events, professional groups and wider community involvement
- Ensure Arco selling rules are complied with
Essential Attributes
- A preference for relevant experience in new homes sales/rentals
- Full driving licence
- Demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding set KPIs
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience of extended sales cycle environments
- Experience of off plan selling

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
