About this role:
We are looking for a target-driven experienced individual who is passionate about sales & growing revenue. You will be responsible for managing a region to ensure the relevant targets & KPIs are being met. You will drive Promoted Placement adoption & awareness. The role is fast-paced and KPI-focused, with a need for adaptation and excellent people skills.
You will be a proactive self-starter, with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude. You will enjoy utilising data to drive your conversations with Restaurant Partners and will show strong commercial awareness. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be passionate about helping our partners succeed.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Connect with a targeted list of existing restaurant partners via telephone, using a consultative approach to drive promoted placement sales and achieve targets.
You will be responsible to maintain and grow your region in revenue through new business sales, optimisation calls & retention focus.
You will use data to support your consultative approach conversation with partners to understand their impact on their Promoted Placement campaigns.
Work closely with the UK account management team to understand partners trends and how best to achieve high value deals.
Work closely with the strategic accounts to manage any chain deals where required.
Report on your region monthly including trends that you deem to be important for your region
Respond to partner requests where applicable and ensure the correct internal sales processes are followed
Communicate cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to build own knowledge and ultimately benefit our restaurant partners
Be a brand ambassador for Just Eat, represent the company to the highest possible standard over the phone
