Job description
Hearnes Estate Agents are recruiting for a Sales Consultant in their busy Bournemouth town centre office to join on a full time basis.
The candidate must be a problem solver, organised and able to multi task along with being confident speaking face to face and over the phone. Estate Agency experience is not essential and training will be provided.
The role will entail matching properties to applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, closing for offers, providing feedback to clients and progressing property sales to completion. Being organised, problem solving, communication and building relationships is key along with having a streamlined follow up system.
We are a close team of 9 and are sociable, friendly and professional, with a mix of ages and experience in the industry. We thrive on making the work place a fun environment, yet all work hard to provide the highest customer service levels and maintain our market leading position in Bournemouth.
The role is available immediately. Salary will range between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, performance and hours. Maximum hours 8.30am – 6pm Monday – Friday and every other Saturday.
