Overview Marking its 75th year, Gansons is expanding our global footprint through a direct presence in the UK. The UK sales office is responsible for sales, marketing, business development and post-sales support for the European and North African markets. As part as our go-to-market plan, we are looking to build a team of sales executives, consultants and engineers/ technicians who will comprehensively bring Gansons products and services to the European market. Gansons Engineering, UK Ltd. offers all the excitement of a startup, within a longstanding, professional company. Key Responsibilities Actively and regularly participates in team meetings Identities key areas of improvement in existing sales strategies Creates sales plans and recommends cost-effective sales practices Generates useful insight about customer needs Facilitates interactive discussions and mentors sales team Serves as primary sales resource and helps address issues Provides direction for executing policies and strategies Employs ethical standards Maintains knowledge of business operations and product offerings Compensation: Commission based on Sales proceeds Preferred Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with an Engineering company Outstanding communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of various sales practices (cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales) Proficient in MS Office Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
