The Sales Consultant is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary plus monthly commission (payable in arrears).
This is an office based role, based i Ruislip, HA4 0BJ - hybrid working is available for up to 2 days a week,after completiong of probation.

The Role
The key component of this role is the conversion of sales opportunities passed over to the incumbent by a centralized Relocation Consultants Team within the Sales Centre.
The Sales Centre receives sales enquiries on behalf of all EMEA Crown offices and is responsible for establishing the best method of servicing each customer. This is achieved through either the arrangement of a physical or virtual survey in the home or a direct response by the Sales Consultant.
What you will do:
- To take responsibility for servicing and converting sales opportunities generated in the Sales Centre.
- To follow the prescribed Crown sales methodologies and protocols in accordance with the strategies, priorities, and sales targets of the Company.
- To work effectively with the Relocation Consultant Team ensuring a cohesive approach to servicing the customer’s needs and meeting all commitments made at the initial point of enquiry.
- To work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure all opportunity under consideration is leveraged to maximum effect considering each country’s specific requirements and resource capability.
- To report to and work closely with the Sales Team Manager and ensure all enquiries are responded to and followed up in a structured and pro-active fashion.
- To maintain a high-performance, customer-driven environment where the needs of the customer(s) come first, the primary objectives being to delight the customer and create value for all stakeholders.
Skill and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times
- Good interpersonal skills – able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Good commercial awareness and critical thinker
- Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of selling psychology
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the Relocations, mobility services industry
- French speaker
