Job description
- Primary ownership of defined customers
- Assisting with other consultants and account managers from time to time
- Proactive management of ICT and Cyber consultancy planning for your defined customers,
On site visits with customers for Face to Face meetings
- Monthly or regular Site Checks / Strategy Reviews for allocated customer list.
- Working with Adept assigned onsite technician, site Inventory information - High levels of accuracy
- Customer site documentation is up to date
- Understanding customer requirements and business objectives in order to devise IT detailed strategy plans and roadmaps
- Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals and targets
- Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff in order to maximise opportunity.
- Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
- Support new technology implementation
Revise existing systems and suggest improvements as part of ongoing strategy review and customer relations.
