What you’ll do
To lead the VF Business UK Sales Commissions Strategy, responsible for maximising our sales and commercial performance through the design, implementation and governance of a best in class sales commission scheme
- Own the design and implementation of our sales commission plan ensuring it rewards sales teams to drive the Vodafone Business Strategy
- Partner HR, reward and segment sales leadership to align on principles, design, implementation and performance of the plans
- Responsible for mangaging a robust governance process, and chairing the monthly governance board
- Own the relationship with finance operations who have responsibility for running the monthly commission validation, calculation and payment processes to ensure on time payment for all individuals on the plan; work together with finance operations to ensure the process is effective and runs on time
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure sales team queries are answered
Who you are
Proven track record of designing and implementing world-class commission/compensation plans in large corporates- Knowledge of incentivisation in a complex B2B sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey understanding and earn respect across key stakeholders in Enterprise especially at senior management and SLT
- Deep transformational and change management ability
- Strong decision making skills, able to identify key business issues and balance conflicting interests.
- Strong team leader with excellent coaching and mentoring skills, promoting a team culture of trust, empowerment and development
