Apart from delivering tech training, we are also working hard to close the gender gap in the tech space.We are looking for an organised and engaging Sales Coordinator to provide a central point of contact for all non-academic enquiries and services, making it easier for learners to obtain the information and help they need. The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and sales tasks.The role requires for the coordinator to contact potential leads to qualify them and book appointments with a sales representative.Role and responsibilitiesBecome an expert on the products and services offered by the company.Run reports on company CRM database, contact newly created leads to book discovery callsConduct discovery calls with new leads, log key information and pre-qualify leads for specific products depending on information elicitedResearch leads via Social media, LinkedIn to ascertain further information in support of ensuring correct product offer and maximizing sales potentialBooking qualified leads in with sales team, sending briefing notes to support effective sales callsSend daily and hourly reminders to leads with meeting bookings to improve show rate for meetingsContact non-responsive leads via text/email/calls to retarget and process through sales pipelineSend daily status reports to team of previous day’s status and following day’s call and meeting agenda with notes.Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales teamMaintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients on the CRMYou will be making outbound calls.In some cases you may also deal with inbound calls.You will be working towards weekly targets.Job Types: Permanent, Part-timePart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: Up to £30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSupplemental pay types:Commission payWork Location: RemoteApplication deadline: 20/10/2023Expected start date: 01/11/2023
