Job description
About us:
Our mission is to change the world of healthcare recruitment. Pharmacies and opticians provide a vital service to their communities, but without the right staffing, they can’t provide that care. If a pharmacy does not have a pharmacist on site, it is required to close, preventing patients from accessing medicine. There were over 20,000 pharmacy closures in 2022 alone. We’re going to change that.
Using our online platform, pharmacies, and opticians have access to thousands of fully verified pharmacists and optometrists, who they can book at a click of a button. Think uber for locums.
We’ve had significant early traction so we are looking to expand this team to continue driving growth across the UK.
We are well-funded by high-profile investors and are led by start-up veterans behind two of London's most prominent tech companies.
Your chance to make a difference:
This is your chance to join a high-growth tech startup on the ground floor. We are passionate about learning and development and aim to maximise both your personal and career growth.
We're looking for enthusiastic, mission-driven people who fit our values and are passionate about what we do. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match the job description.
What will you be doing?
Grow the supply side of the business, including increasing the number of new verified locums on the platform
Interact with locums in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great locum experience
Help place locums looking for work into roles by matching their skills and experience to the pharmacy and optician requirements
Work collaboratively and strategically with the account team to increase the volume of locums in areas with high demand to fulfill short and long-term bookings
Complete vetting checks for locums to ensure they are compliant before adding them to the platform
Who we are looking for:
Confident on the phone and able to build rapport
Passion for companies that have a positive social impact and the healthcare sector
Organised and process-oriented
Able to work efficiently and prioritise activities across multiple workstreams
Growth Mindset - Adaptable and excited by the prospect of moving fast
