Job Title: Sales Associate (Remote)
Job Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Ideal Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Summary:
To join our team, we are searching for a dedicated and experienced Sales Associate.
The ideal applicant will have a solid grasp of sales concepts and practises, as well as the ability to develop client connections. The Sales Associate will be in charge of delivering great customer service, troubleshooting client difficulties, and completing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain excellent connections with existing and new clients by maintaining regular communication and follow-up in order to understand their needs and deliver relevant solutions via video and audio calls.
- Obtain leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. The candidate must be able to detect and overcome obstacles, as well as close deals on time.
- Create and deliver sales proposals, bids, and contracts, as well as negotiate terms and conditions to acquire orders.
- Identify and interact with potential sector clients.
- Gathering consumer feedback and share it to upper management with updates.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales goals and maximise turnover.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
