SOP’s • Able to follow Management Direction Leadership • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision • Demonstrates an understanding of the RL Way & CFA’s • Is a Team Player • Communicates Effectively with Colleagues & Managers Competencies • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Demonstrate customer service skills according to RL Selling Culture Sales Model • Take Initiative and learn consistently • Ability to adapt to change • Takes Accountability for their own Self Development • Required language: local language, English language a plus.
