Job description
Job title: Sales Associate - New Homes
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays for viewings/ launches 10 am - 4 pm)
Location: Kensington
Basic salary : £25,000 (Competitive commission structure + benefits package)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join our successful International sales department, based in our Kensington office. The Chestertons international residential development division spans across the UK and Middle East, selling a diverse range of new developments throughout London and other regional areas We work with many of the country’s leading house builders, ensuring our clients are not only being offered high quality new build properties but are carefully selected in areas undergoing massive regeneration for strong investment potential.
We are looking for someone with an abundance of energy, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels.
Main duties:
- Calling company client database about specific developments
- Qualifying new applicants
- Achieving KPI's including sales targets
- Arranging and carrying-out viewings
- Providing a first-class service to all stakeholders
- Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
- Managing the process from an offer being agreed to issuing the Memorandum of Sale, through to the exchange of contracts and completion of the sale

Our New Homes team specialise in marketing, selling and advising on new residential developments across the world, offering advice to both buyers and developers.
Developers
Using our network of international offices, with specialist teams in the UK, Middle East and Singapore, we work closely with large house builders and smaller developers to offer advice and help market and sell new residential schemes.
Investors
Many of our clients decide to invest in property due to the strong London property market. Our team of consultants can provide a range of opportunities for first time investors to experienced landlords with extensive portfolios.
