Expected Starting Date: 17th June 2023

WHAT WE OFFER
We have contracts ranging from 12-24 hours per week, the number of days you work will depend on the contract size but it will range from 3 days to 5 days.

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, we provide options for working evenings & weekends along with dayshifts, weekend working is a requirement of the role, and we will need to be flexible with your shifts which will be discussed at interview. You will receive every 4th weekend off.

  • £10.90 basic hourly rate - we are a Living Wage Foundation Employer.
  • We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling

Final offers of employment are contingent upon clear results in mandatory background checks. Backgrounds checks must be completed by all successful candidates and will include medical history.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

We are looking for someone like you to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You will contribute to a passionate and friendly team to deliver a better everyday life for the many, while embracing change with a solution-orientated mindset.

We are looking for someone who loves working together with your fellow co-workers, looking at things differently & always want to improve. You are down to earth, you lead by example & take responsibility & inspire both the customer & other co-workers. The customer is always in focus, you strive to make them smile, taking time to seek and listen to feedback.

This is an extremely fast paced working environment and requires you to multitask, producing and serving food with regular heavy lifting.

Prior experience in food is desirable, but not essential if you have a roll up your sleeve mindset to the various tasks & challenges that present themselves.

  • Kitchen - food prep, cooking and serving, Dish and Bistro
  • Restaurant & Swedish Food Market/Bistro - floor and tills, Staff Restaurant, and the Swedish Food Market where you will replenish stock, operate a till and engage with customers
