Sales Associate (Christmas World)
About Us
We are now looking for full time Sales Associates to join our famous Christmas World here at Harrods. This will be a fixed term contract running from July 2023 until January 2024 (with the possibility to extend into other departments). Working with our luxury Christmas range, the Sales Associates are able to discuss decorations and festive accessories in traditional or modern styles with our customers.

In our popular Christmas World department our Sales Associates are encouraged to bring their personality to our customers in this colourful and festive space, creating the magic of Christmas at every opportunity.

About You
You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand. You’ll be passionate and highly enthusiastic about all things Christmas.
You will also:
- Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure.
- You’ll be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible.
- Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively
