Job description
Utopia Cannabis is an established independent cannabis retail company located at the North York and Scarborough border in our great city of Toronto.
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Store Associate to join our growing team. You will be able to apply your sales experience as well as product knowledge in a comfortable and friendly environment. We have a great deal of both new and experienced customers in and it will be your job to guide and inform them of the cannabis product(s) that are best suited for their needs.
We are interested in candidates who have a passion for the cannabis industry and are willing to bring that enthusiasm to work to educate, give recommendations, and provide an excellent customer experience. You will be joining a small, close-knit team with a chance to wear multiple ‘hats’ on the job and have lots of opportunity to grow within the company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

OPERATIONS
·You will be responsible for placing orders into our POS system, taking phone orders, cashier duties, retail floor assistance to help customers and ID verification.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be at least 19 years of age
- CannSell certificate
- Recent police criminal background check
Experience:
Retail experience is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
