Location Derbion Shopping Centre Derby
Salary £7.42-£10.49 per hour
Hours 35 Hours per week (5 out of 7 days inclusive of weekends)

Job description
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, andproviding feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction throughexcellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance withpolicies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visualmerchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assesstraining needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers(complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and highperformance
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Additional store manager duties as needed
About you
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably within the fragrance /beauty industry
- A proven track record and managing and leading teams.
- The ability to engage and develop existing team members
- Excellence customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
