>>>ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pilgrim Stylist, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for maximizing sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a sales-oriented mentality, an eye for detail, and strong organizational skills. We're looking for proactive self-starters who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
>>>RESPONSIBILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximize sales and customer experience by offering personalized assistance to each customer according to their needs
- Proven ability to achieve goals and deliver an incredible customer experience
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about new products and trends
- Perform sales transactions, invoicing, and packaging
- Ensure all merchandise is attractively presented according to store standards
- Understand and apply store policies and procedures
- Maintain a well-organized backroom & product drawers
- Contribute to a positive and friendly working environment.
- Use store IT platforms correctly and efficiently
- Implement a customer approach that minimizes in-store losses
- Ensure the boutique is clean and optimized for an unforgettable shopping experience
- Exceptional personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven ability to achieve goals and deliver an incredible customer experience
- Exceptional personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
COMPENSATION:
Earn up to $23.40+ an hour with commissions and bonuses! That's right, your hourly salary rate can range from $18.85 to $23.40+.
- Salary: $16 per hour
- Commission: 2% commission on all personal sales
- Bonus: Eligibility of $25 on weekly bonus based on unites per Transaction thresholds.
Pilgrim processes payroll weekly on each Friday of the year.
