Job Title: Sales Associate / Representative
Location: Bradford (Office Based)
Salary: Up to £24,000 plus commission (uncapped), OTE £100k

What your day might look like:
- You will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base.
- You will be working through a database of potential customers and cold calling prospective client businesses around the UK asking open questions to understand their needs want and challenges in relation to our product categories and competitors.
- You will be organizing call-back diaries and updating the CRM system.
- You will spend the majority of your time identifying and qualifying leads before passing them across to sales colleagues - but you also need to be capable of closing the sale whenever the opportunity arises.
- You will help grow our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads.
About You:
- A strong desire to pursue a career in B2B sales within the FMCG industry and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with B2B customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and sales-related software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the FMCG industry or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
