Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who shares our passion and commitment to providing a friendly personal service to our customers. As a vibrant e-commerce business we are gaining a reputation for our quality products and brilliant customer service.
As Customer Service Advisor you will receive the following benefits:
- £20,000 to £22,000 basic salary per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Monitoring all customer enquiries by phone & email and responding professionally and efficiently
- Taking & inputting telephone orders
- Responding to customer enquires and supplying quotations for their projects
- Responding and resolving customer queries and complaints
- Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, web chat and email
- Providing great product advice
- Supporting our showroom sales opportunities
Ideal Person
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Solid complaint handling experience
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
Additional Requirements
- Tile knowledge would be an advantage although full product training will be given
- An interest in interior products/design would also be an advantage
- Sales experience would be an advantage
