Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Customer Sales Associate to join our team in our Birmingham location.
Position Summary:
The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for providing product and/or service information to customers, answering incoming calls, and processing orders in compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires excellent customer service skills, excellent phone skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience an asset
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well autonomously and in a team and in a fast-paced environment
All candidates must be authhorised to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,876.00-£24,191.00 per year
