Job Title: Sales Associate / Lister
Location: Little Venice | Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)
Salary: Competitive (Basic salary + enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits + £5,000 Car Allowance)
Little Venice is a charming and picturesque area, It is primarily known for its scenic canals, lined with narrowboats and surrounded by tree-lined streets and Victorian-style houses. Working in the vicinity can provide a unique and enjoyable experience, this role has the best of both worlds with listing and selling of property to maximise commission.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Conducting Viewings
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service
- Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes
- Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience
