Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and help us generate new leads and build valuable relationships within the architectural community. Our minimum project value stands at £350k, and as a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential leads who can bring forth projects of this magnitude for our company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for making phone calls to architects and conducting in-person meetings to establish connections and secure future projects for the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the construction industry.
This position requires a candidate who is based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to architects to initiate contact and promote our services
- Arrange and attend in-person meetings with architects, project developers, and industry professionals to build relationships and explore potential collaborations
- Present our company's portfolio and capabilities in a compelling and professional manner
- Actively listen to clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and ongoing projects
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the construction or architectural industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to work
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel for in-person meetings when required
