Our Charity Store in Saffron Walden is looking for a Sales Assistant for Saturdays to assist and support in all aspects of day to day operations on one of our busiest trading days.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity. We care for around 14,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through our network of 22 rehoming centres across the UK and Ireland. We never destroy a healthy dog.

With approximately 40 retail stores already across the UK and new stores opening almost weekly, Dogs Trust is the most rapidly growing charity retailer in the UK. With a broad range of donated and bought in products, we are looking for people who have the customer and the charity at the heart of everything they do.

In this role you will deliver great customer service at all times; resolving complaints and work closely with our amazing volunteers. You will also maintain high levels of shop presentation, merchandising and be involved in pricing and managing stock while also helping to complete relevant administrative tasks.
