Job description
From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Sales Associate in London for a Premium Jewelry Brand.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
Responsibilities as a Sales Associate:
- Achieving sale targets by excellent customer service
- Maintaining promotional database by inputting customer profile and updates
- Maintaining the shop tidy in line with corporate directives
- Controlling Inbound and Outbound activities including:
- Correspondence between the ASN Voucher and goods received (for what concern quantity and price tag)
- Slip-out/Slip-in and Return Voucher flow
- Supporting in scanning newly arrived garments
- Being informed about the main KPI like: Sell out, Average price, UPT, Assortment Mix, Best Sellers and Slow Mover, Monthly budget
Requirements:
- 1 year of previous experience as a Sales Associate in a premium brand
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Flexibility
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
