Sales Advisor:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, helping them to find the products and services that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Provide excellent customer service
* Assist customers in finding the products and services that best meet their needs
* Meet sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain knowledge of products and services
* Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and other departments
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
* Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with product and service offerings
* Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and issues
* Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
* Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company is an advantage

Compensation:
Guarantees start at £22,000 - £24,000
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £400.00-£500.00 per week
