About Us Sales Assistant, Full-Time, 36 hours per week
Pools on the Park, Richmond
Actual starting salary of £22,631pa ______________________________________________
You’ll join the membership and sales team at Pools on the Park, Old Deer Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. Facilities here include an outdoor heated pool, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, cycle studio, exercise studio, health suite, café and outdoor grounds. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm. What you’ll be doingYou’ll work as part of the team on the promotion and sale of Direct Debit and Annual memberships, Richmond Card and selling activities across all our sites. Key responsibilities will include giving centre tours, advice on membership offers, along with daily marketing and email correspondence. The working pattern for this post involves working a 36 hour shift rota each week, which may include a mix of early mornings, daytime and evening shifts, both during the week and at weekends.
What we can offer you – Starting salary of £22,631pa.With a salary progression range of £22,631 to £27,424pa for this scale 3 role. You must have:
- Previous experience of working in a health & fitness environment or relevant sales experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of sales and the sales process from first point of contact.

Strong financial, admin, IT and customer service skills.

A recognised fitness qualification, or a sports / recreation / management or sales qualification.
- First Aid qualification
