Job description
We are a busy menswear boutique style store located in the city centre of Bath. We sell premium designer brands, in a relaxed but professional environment. We are looking for an individual who has an interest and flair for fashion.
The role involves the day to day duties associated with the retail sector to include, general shop and stock management. Our approach towards our customers is very much one of personal service and can range from a single garment purchase, to an entire seasons wardrobe. This can provide excitement and a real sense of personal achievement and job satisfaction when a customer leaves happy.
As a sales assistant, you will be provided with full product knowledge and training into the way we value and treat our clients, which will allow you to perform at the highest level in retail.
We are looking for an individual who values customer care as a priority and relishes the challenges of working in an environment that can change from one day to the next, dependant on business needs.
Whilst no specific qualifications are required, excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to operate till systems and write clear and detailed receipts.
The right candidate needs to have the ability and must enjoy the prospect of working closely within a small and friendly team.
We operate seven days a week and therefore weekend work will be expected of you as part of the job, dependant upon the weeks rota.
Upon qualification, opportunity for further responsibility/progression within the company, may become available.
Salary will be commensurate with experience/ability and overtime may be available from time to time.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
