As a Graduate at CGL you will be involved in all aspects of a project from “cradle to grave”, gaining real experience of all stages of a project within a supportive team. You will gain exposure to a wide range of geological settings and ground hazards whilst working on a wide variety projects across the UK.
You will primarily be based in our Leicester office, but you may be working away from home for periods of time. Our dynamic team is involved in projects of all shapes and sizes, across all areas of the UK, from large scale infrastructure projects, including works on highways, to smaller scale commercial and residential developments.

We are a small friendly team, with home grown managers. Training and development is key to us and you will be enrolled on CGL's Graduate Academy with other graduates from across the company. We will ensure you have supported development and a structured path to Chartership if this is a path you wish to take.
