Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the company's products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in the stocking of shelves and displays.
