Job description
Uneeka is an independent business with retail stores in Truro, Falmouth and online.
We are looking for a practical, hard working and enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of great customer service and hard work to join the team at Uneeka.Life in Falmouth and the flexibility to cover in our Truro store.
This is a full time position, the person must be flexible throughout the week, weekend and holidays. Previous retail experience essential.
The prime responsibility of this role is to support the Life Store in day-to-today retail operations which includes face to face customer service and processing deliveries .
Specific duties:
- Ensure an excellent experience is delivered to our customers
- Maintain store standards
- Process incoming and outgoing orders & deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, ensuring an clear understanding of their products which can be passed on to customers
- Answer customer enquiries
- Work effectively on your own initiative, as part of the team and with direction.
- Undertake relevant training for the post.
- Undertake any additional duties as required by the Company from time to time.
