This role can be hybrid noting travel will be needed between the MIDLANDS AND BRISTOL
Core Purpose:
The Marketing Manager works with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the companies products, services, and brand.
They collaborate with other teams such as Sales and Product to ensure marketing strategies align with the overall business objectives.
Additionally, they work with HR to send internal communications that align with HR policies and objectives, using appropriate channels to send clear and consistent content. They communicate important HR-related information to employees in a timely and accurate manner, promoting a positive organisational culture and employee engagement.
By providing comprehensive support across these areas, they would contribute to the overall success of the marketing department and help achieve the company's marketing goals.
As the right hand to the Head of Marketing, your role involves supporting all marketing duties and activities.
Role Purpose:
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activities and materials.
Planning and coordinating promotional activities and campaigns.
Analysing campaign performance metrics and optimising campaigns based on data insights.
Staying up to date with ISP industry trends and best practices.
Conducting market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
Developing omnichannel marketing plans and strategies.
Collaborating with external agencies, vendors and suppliers for design, content, and events.
Managing internal communication across the business.
Planning, organising, and executing events, such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate meetings.

External Relationships
Customers
Maintain and nurtures customer relationships, ensuring effective communication to meet their requirements.
Suppliers
May handle orders, event bookings, and communication with campaign suppliers regarding briefs, content, and reporting.
Authorities & Utilities
Maintain relationships, ensuring effective communication to meet their requirements.
Personal Skills:
- The Marketing Manager should possess excellent organisational, communication, analytical, and creative skills, and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative when necessary.
Qualifications/Technical Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, events, or a related field is required.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and events in the Business 2 Business
